I wanted to write you a letter regarding my experience with you in selecting and purchasing my engagement ring. My fiance and I are very pleased with the service we received from you and most importantly the diamond that we purchased from you. I then went to several local jewelers, several in Philadelphia, and a few that I even know personally. I found that you were the most knowledgeable and the most highly certified of all the dealers I went to see. You backed everything you said with facts and documentation. Of all the dealers I had searching for diamonds for us, we trusted you the most and felt the most comfortable dealing with you. I even felt more comfortable with you over jewelers that I knew personally. As with any large purchase, I shopped around quit a bit. By far, the diamond that you found for me exceeded the quality and value of the diamonds that the other dealers were coming up with. I learned the importance of a good cut, and how it can be much more of a determining factor in a diamond’s beauty than other factors such and color and clarity. Although I did not compromise beyond my criteria in the color and clarity categories, the high quality of the cut made my diamond much more brilliant that others I found that had better clarity and color.
I was impressed with the service that we received when dealing with you, and your patience with what turned out to be a fairly long process of selection on my part. You always returned my phone calls promptly, answered all of my numerous questions, and even arranged to stay after hours to accommodate our busy schedules, not to mention the service after the sale. You followed through with everything that my ring fit perfectly. I was impressed with your creativity in crafting a mock up of what the setting and prongs would look like once the setting was actually crafted.
I have never before received so many comments and cmpliments like I have regarding my ring. The diamond is a real showstopper. I was glad I went a little bigger than I had originally wanted. The 2 1/4 carat round diamond is a real eye catcher. The sparkle is incredible due to the nearly ideal cut. My hairdresser saw the diamond from across the parking lot before I even got anywhere near the salon! My ring always seems to prompt comments from everyone that sees it. I think that by far I am one of its biggest admirers. I must look at it a thousand times a day! My cats are even fascinated by its brilliance.
